Available for residential service through one single-phase multiple-register meter capable of measuring electrical energy consumption during the on-peak and off-peak billing periods to individual residential customers.On-peak billing period is defined as 7 a.m. to 9 p.m Monday through Friday. The off-peak billing period is defined as 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. for all weekdays, all hours of the day on Saturdays and Sundays.
