This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service required by the Customer exclusively for domestic purposes for individual (single family) private residences, condominium units, condominium common area facilities and individually metered apartment units. This rate schedule is not applicable to businesses, licensed boarding or rooming houses, educational institutions or facilities, apartment houses including the common facility requirements, or the common facility requirements of residences also used for business purposes, evidenced by any form of advertising, which will be served under the appropriate general service rate schedule
