The utility's own description
This schedule is applicable to separately metered and billed supply of alternating current electricity for use in (a) a single-family residence or "family care home" as defined in Chapter 168, Section 21(1) of the General Statutes of North Carolina, or (b) separately metered service to detached accessory buildings (ex. garages and barns) appurtenant to residential dwellings unless such buildings use electricity for commercial or industrial purposes. On-peak hours (Except Certain Holidays) 1. For the period of June 1 through September 30: 1 P.M. to 9 P.M., Monday through Friday 2. For the period of October 1 through May 31: 6:30 A.M. to 12 noon and 5 P.M. to 9 P.M., Monday through Friday
