Delivery service under this rate schedule is limited to residential purposes where electricity is the sole source of space heating for customers at their current premise that are presently served under this rate schedule. Customers may either purchase electric supply from a Third Party Supplier (TPS) or from Public Service's Basic Generation Service default service as detailed in this rate schedule
