The utility's own description
To single-family Residential Consumers only for all single-phase and three-phase electric requirements when all service is supplied at one point of delivery. Three-phase service will be supplied only when service is available from Company's presently existing facilities, or where such facilities can be installed under Company's Line Extension Rules, and, in any event, only when deliveries can be made by using one service for Consumers single-phase and three phase requirements.
