The utility's own description
AVAILABLE only for controlled water heating electric service to any customer other than residential, except as noted herein. Controlled storage electric water heaters shall meet the Company's specifications. These units shall be installed and wired for control in accordance with the Company's specifications. This rate is available for solar water heating used in conjunction with a storage unit which meets the Company's specifications.
