This schedule is applicable to all domestic power service to separately metered single family dwellings where no other Domestic Service rate schedule is applicable. This schedule is also applicable to churches, chapels other than marriage chapels, and other buildings used for religious worship, owned and operated by some recognized religious society or corporation, save and except religious schools. This schedule is also applicable to master metered mobile home parks when demand is less than fifty (50) kWand monthly energy consumption is less than 10,000 kWh.
