The utility's own description

This Rider is available on a voluntary basis in conjunction with any of the Cooperative’s Residential All-Electric Service, Small Commercial Service and Medium General Service rate schedules for a Consumer with a consumer-owned renewable generator connected on the load side of the Cooperative’s transformer serving the consumer’s facility. Under this Rider, the entire output of the consumer’s renewable generator shall be purchased by the Cooperative at the rate shown below and cannot be used to offset a portion of the consumer’s normal load requirements. The system must be less than 25 kW DC, meet UL 1741 standards, be in compliance with Section 690 of the NEC and IEEE 929, and operated in accordance with the rules of the Cooperative. The provisions of the Schedule with which this Rider is used are modified only as shown herein. Service rendered under this Rider shall be available in all territory served by the Cooperative only under written contract and is subject to the provisions of the Cooperative’s Service Rules and Regulations as approved by the Cooperative’s Board of Directors. with the Cooperative’s system.
