The utility's own description
Available to single-metered Residential customers receiving AMI-metered secondary electric service to a single occupancy private residence or individually AMI-metered living units in multiple occupancy residential buildings as an optional rate. Not available for backup, breakdown, standby, supplemental, short term, resale or shared electric service. This Residential Demand Service tariff shall be available as an option to customers otherwise served under the Company’s Residential Service (Schedule RS) and Demand Service for Residential Distributed Generation (Schedule RDG) to encourage customers to manage their demand. Customers are allowed to opt-out of this rate at any time but shall not be allowed to again receive service under this rate for at least twelve months thereafter.
