The utility's own description
Electric service is available under this schedule at points on Company's existing distribution facilities to residential customers who purchase or lease a plug-in electric vehicle (“EV”) and charge the vehicle through a connection to the Company electric distribution system. An EV is any vehicle propelled by an engine that utilizes, at least in part, on-board electric energy from a battery charging system. This schedule is available to residential customers who charge their electric vehicles at their primary residence on a single advanced meter that is also used to measure consumption at the primary residence (whole house) level.
