The utility's own description
This rate schedule is applicable for whole house electric service to qualifying residential customers otherwise served under Schedule R-1. To qualify, the customer must certify in writing that electric service will also be used to charge one or more licensed electric motor vehicles (“EV”) either owned or leased by the customer. This rate may be used in conjunction with net metering or community solar, but not both. This rate schedule is not applicable to customers who participate in the energy, capacity and/or ancillary wholesale markets. customers otherwise served under Schedule R-1.
