This schedule is available to residential customers who do not qualify under any other residential rate. Customers qualifying for this rate will generally be those with well pumps, barns, machine sheds, detached garages and home workshops, whose meter is not connected to a single or multiple occupancy dwelling unit. For lighting service, power service, or combined lighting and power service. This rate schedule cannot be used for any commercial or industrial customer. Temporary or seasonal service will not be supplied under this schedule.
